Great hotel in Yanbu, the best place to stay in, clean rooms, newly renovated, okay breakfast, very attentive reception persons, mainly to mention Mr. Andul-Aziz Al-Jehani and Ms. Hala السيد عبدالعزيز الجهني والآنسه هلا. For their caring and special check in condition and sharing their condolences for the lost of my relative. Truly, this kind of people that I would love to see when i go to a hotel. Thanks.

The facility is clean and well maintained, corniche is just across the road so good fun if you are staying small kids.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. My room was toward the sea but on the first floor so I couldn't enjoy the view. I highly recommend the place !

Overall, it was really and awsome experience since checkin through checkout. Since it was my first visit to Yanbu and was only one night's stay, so, i would refrain making commentson location. The staff, at all places, front office, room service and breakfast area. The facility is very clean and provided lot of varities in breakfast. So, it was a confortable stay, though it was a very short stay.

Planning a trip to Yanbu? Make sure to stay at Novotel Yanbu! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. It's a fantastic hotel with professional staff. Special thanks to Aman and the entire team!

Everything perfect. Breakfast was an amazing high quality buffet. Room was clean and big. There was everything we needed: enough towels, tea, coffee, kettle, iron, iron table... Everything. When we went the beach was closed but we had a wonderful time at the hotel's pool, it was clean, private, amazing. The staff was very nice. The price is high but we got a half price deal so we it was good. There is a small supermarket right beside it.

Room is spacious, breakfast is good, pool is open, gym too. You can grab a coffee and some fruit to go, Views from the room are good (although Yanbu is partially built only, with many empty plots). Bed is comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and kind, willing to help and provide solutions. The receptionists were very good at the moment of my check-in and out.

The hotel was very clean and had a sea view. The standout feature of the hotel was the receptionist, Amer, who was welcoming and friendly. He efficiently handled the check-in and check-out procedures.
